Policy towards animals on the premises of the hotel
1. The presence of animals should be reported at the stage of booking a stay.
2. The cost of the animal stay at the hotel is 29 PLN per day – according to the current price list.
3. During making a reservation please specify the species / breed of the animal. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept animals of which species / breed are generally considered dangerous or aggressive.
4. Healthy animals are accepted into the hotel together with valid health books ( it is absolutely required to have current vaccination against rabies and deworming). Please take the health book and show it on the request of a hotel employee when checking in at the hotel. The owner of the animal declares that animals are healthy and do not pose a threat to other people and animals.
5. The hotel has the right to refuse to accept sick animals or during their convalescence
6. Animals should stay in the rooms. Outside the rooms animals must be taken out under the care of the owner on a leash and in a muzzle (in the case of dogs).
7. The hotel lends sleeping blankets, please do not use hotel towels and bed linen for animal needs.
8. In case of soiling of bedding, mattress or facing as well as destruction of another piece of room equipment by animal its owner is obliged to cover the costs of damage caused according to the valuation of the hotel management.
9. The owner of the animal bears finanacial responibility for any damage to the hotel property as well as private property for the fault of the animal.
10. In case of leaving the animal alone in the room please inform the reception desk.
11. For safety reasons cleaning the rooms in which the animals are kept takes place only in the presence of the owner or during the absence of the animal in the room.
12. In case that the animal left in the room disturbs the stay of other guests, destroys hotel property or it may cause a threat to itself or other guests the hotel will contact the owner immediately to solve the problem. When contact with the owner will be impossible the hotel reservs the right to enter the guest room, also with the help of appropriate services and taking the animal to the nearest animal shelter. All costs resulting from the above activities cover the owner of the animal.
13. Owners of the animal are responsible for compliance with hotel regulations regarding the preservation of the silence of the night at the hotel as well as not disturbing other guests.
14. Owners of the animals are asked to immediately clean up the impurities left by the dogs in the hotel’s surroundings.
15. The owner when making the reservation confirms getting acquainted with regulations regarding the stay of animals in Hotel Szafran and accepts its conditions.
